it is a non stock, non non-profit organization, which aims to promote Bali as a tango hub in Asia.
Regular Workshops and other activities, such as “practicas” ( to practice), “milongas” (to dance), “spectaculos” (shows) are organized by the club as well.
Last September, the Club just had a world well-known tango couple from Buenos Aires, Fernanda Ghi and Guillermo Merlo,
conducting workshops and doing a performance to a packed crowed of locals and visiting “workshoppers” from Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Japan and the Phillippines.
In November, another important Tango couple Roberto Herrera with Rocio Leguizamon came to Bali to help the club with their Tango promotion with Workshops and SHow.
In February 2006 the first Tango Festival, a weekend spectacle, found place at The Oriental, Tugu Hotel and Sunset Restaurant, 3 famous couples, former members of the " Forever Tango " production, put together an impressive "TANGO DREAMS" performance. Fernanda Gui and Guillermo Merlo conducted workshops at the sunset and the closing party, a Carnival Masquerade party took place at Tugu Hotel.
